As Drunvalo Melchizedek developed this workshop, it's journey took different forms.  Originally there was Flower of Life, followed by Living in the Heart, Earth Sky, and finally Awakening The Illuminated Heart (ATIH).  In this workshop, the Merkaba is considered a living energy field, and is activated through your open heart, and requires only your love.
